I am a British Ex Pat local to the Tampa area since the last 20 years. I was born in Watford, Herts, UK and, then as a child my family moved to Farnborough, Hants where we would watch the Red Arrows Air Show perform in front of my childhood home. At age 12 we moved to the north of England to a city called Manchester where l went to High School and, University before meeting my husband at the age of 23 in London, at a Halloween Party, the rest as they say is history. Cooking for me was always my passion, its literally in my DNA. l love to get creative as we eat with our eyes first, so presentation combined with deliciousness is my aim to WOW! I learned everything l know from school in Home Economics and from generations of family cooks. Little England's moto is to provide British hospitality this side of the pond!
